We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. We do not have access to any financial data processed through our third party payment processors: Stripe & PayPal.

2.  HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only use your personal data when legally permitted. The most common uses of your personal data are:

•      Where we need to perform the requirements of the contract between us when you make a purchase either from our website or in response to a direct correspondence from us.

•      Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party, such as our payment processors Stripe & Paypal including our website host WIX) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

•      Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal ground for processing your personal data, other than in relation to sending marketing communications to you via post or email. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing us at nailsugar@outlook.com however we currently do not participate in email, postal or telephone marketing campaigns.

Purposes for processing your personal data & how it is stored.

If you have made a purchase from this website, then your details (not including any financial details) are stored in our Wix 'Engage' database in order that we can fulfil your order(s) and also to refer back to your email and/or postal details in order that we may track any orders you have queries on. Any financial information is not stored or used by us as all our transactions are made within the Stripe or PayPal platform, which does not retain any financial information once the transaction has been processed.

These are the only occasions where personal data will be stored on this website. This data is currently stored in an identifiable fashion; a limitation of the content management system that this website is built on (Wix).

We will never share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

4.  DATA SECURITY

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
